There's a huge clash in Madrid tonight and after securing a 16/1 Big Wednesday Multiple winner yesterday, Paul Robinson is looking to follow that up with a short price lay.

A 2-0 first leg defeat last week has put Real Madrid's backs firmly against the wall as they now likely have to win by three goals to have any chance of progressing through to the next round of the Copa del Rey.

Ronaldo was benched for that fixture and while he came on for the final half hour, he will be much more of a threat if he gets the full game, which he surely will do tonight. 

Carlo Ancelotti's side are deadly at home and it's now 11 straight wins at the Bernabeu. Their last defeat was actually against Atletico, but they did beat them by today's desired 3-0 scoreline on this ground, in this competition last season.

Atletico Madrid are having another impressive campaign and they have managed to stay competitive despite the exits of Thibaut Courtois and Diego Costa to Chelsea. They did suffer a setback at the weekend though as they were beaten 3-1 at Barcelona, so it will be interesting to see how they recover from that.

It's hard to punch holes in the form of Diego Simeone's men and it is more than likely that they will be the team who progress through to the last eight. They are a very short price to complete the job though and they face a Real Madrid side who are a class above everybody else if they play their best football.

That's why, at around the 1.374/11 mark, I have to make Atletico Madrid to qualify my lay of the day.
