Leeds v Bournemouth
Match Odds: Leeds 5.59/2, Bournemouth 1.758/11, The Draw 4.03/1
Bournemouth's bubble was supposed to have burst by now, but instead they are a run comparable to the one that took them to the top of the Championship in the first place. The Cherries have won six of their last seven league games, and are even more effective on their travels than at home.
Eddie Howe's ambitious bunch have won five successive away fixtures and only dropped points in one of their previous ten in all competitions - and that was at title rivals Middlesbrough. Sensationally, they have prevailed on every trip to a non-top-six side since the start of September.
With Leeds winless in eight outings, they shouldn't be able to stop the party.
Recommended Bet: Back Bournemouth to win @ 1.758/11
Middlesbrough v Cardiff
Match Odds: Middlesbrough 1.625/8, Cardiff 6.86/1, The Draw 4.1n/a
Middlesbrough have the best defence in the Championship by some distance. They have kept clean sheets in half of their encounters and concede at a rate of 0.65 goals per game, and the rearguard have been especially stingy since Christmas having silenced five straight opponents in all competitions.
So why back them to be breached? Because Cardiff have one of the division's form attacks, scoring 11 times in six matches, despite losing four of those. Leaders Bournemouth let in three against them, then fifth-sixth-seventh trio Brentford, Watford and Norwich gave away two each.
The blue-again Bluebirds have netted at each of the four top-seven-club grounds that they have visited, firing just one blank in nine at any venue against those teams.
Recommended Bet: Back Middlesbrough not to keep a clean sheet @ 1.814/5
Doncaster v Notts County
Match Odds: Doncaster 1.794/5, Notts County 5.24/1, The Draw 3.9n/a
Just to guard against accusations of a lack of adventure in this column, let's end with a correct score forecast in League One. These sides are tied on 34 points in 13th and tenth, though the hosts have the momentum, going five league games unbeaten while their guests lost three in four.
More significantly, Doncaster have shut out four of their past five league foes, including the latest two to the Keepmoat Stadium, whereas Notts County have been left with a zero on the scoreboard in three of their last four, as well as their most recent four defeats.
Doncaster struck exactly once in five of their last eight league clashes.
Recommended Bet: Back Doncaster to win 1-0 @ 7.06/1
