It isn't often that a League One team are favourites to beat Championship opposition and still look like great value but, to borrow that most classic method of FA Cup measurements, there are only seven Football League positions between these two sides.

It might be crazy how easily a 21-year-old academy product has become Tottenham's leading man, but the statistics suggest that the outcome of their FA Cup third-round replay against Burnley truly could rest on whether Mauricio Pochettino acts on his inclination to rest Harry Kane.

There have been five Spurs fixtures that the prolific striker has missed the entirety of in 2014/15 and the north Londoners have won none of them, drawing at Arsenal and losing to Liverpool, West Brom, Man City and Besiktas.
