Blue in the Face: Napoli have a habit of exasperating their manager
After an extraordinary day in Germany, Tobias Gourlay hopes he's still got some luck left in the tank for today's trip to Italy
Napoli v Parma
Thursday 20:00 (Live on BT Sport 1)
Eintracht Frankfurt 4 Hertha Berlin 4 in Germany last night. Happy news, but let's hope it's not the entire week's supply of goals they've used up.
Despite a couple of slip ups by Juventus, Napoli have fallen further behind Serie A's leaders, failing to win any of their last four matches. Parma's visit to the San Paolo tonight looks like a blessed relief.
The league's bottom club have lost 6/7 on the road this season. The Gialloblu's only previous visit to a team now in the top eight brought a 7-0 defeat to Juventus.
But neither is the Azzurri's defence world class: they've kept only one clean sheet in seven home games this term, conceding 12 times in total. Thank goodness they have scored at least twice in each of the last six there, helping five of those games go Over 2.5 Goals.
Six of the pair's last nine Serie A meetings have brought Over 2.5 Goals and tonight's game looks like it should be another high scorer.
