Transfer Talk: Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea all in for Spanish star?

Can Paul Lambery keep hold of Aly Cissokho this January?

Sergio Busquets is a terrific player but could he be coming to the Premier League...?

Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are all preparing summer moves for Barcelona's Sergio Busquets, according to the Daily Express.

The defensive midfielder has been at the Nou Camp all of his professional career but he could be set for a summer move away.

European giants Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with moves for the Spaniard.

Reports suggest that Barcelona want to offer him a new deal but Busquets is reportedly considering his options with some suggesting he wants a change in scenery after winning a host of trophies during his time with the Catalan giants.

Elsewhere and Crystal Palace have made a 2.5million bid for Lille defender Pape Souare, according to the Daily Mail.

The Eagles are looking to add to their squad in the next few weeks as they try to bolster their chances of surviving the drop.

Manager Neil Warnock has been linked with moves for a number of left-backs in recent weeks, but he appears to want Souare as he looks set to turn down the opportunity to play for Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Aston Villa may struggle to keep hold of Aly Cissokho, with both Tottenham and Napoli interested in making a January bid for his services.

The Daily Mirror believe Villa may lose the Frenchman with Napoli eager to add to their squad as they chase the Serie A title under Rafa Benitez.

Spurs have Danny Rose on their books as well as Ben Davies, but the latter has been out of form in his first season at White Hart Lane.

Villa signed Cissokho on a four-year deal but Villa could lose another left-back after already seeing Joe Bennett, Antonio Luna and Ryan Bertrand leave the club in recent years.

Liverpool have now joined the race with Arsenal and Manchester United to sign Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao.

The Portugal international has failed to make an impression this season under Carlo Ancelotti, with Marcelo favoured so far this season at the Santiago Bernabeu.

According to the Daily Express, Liverpool are looking to sign a new left-back and Coentrao could give them another attacking edge.

They face some stiff competition as AC Milan and Besiktas are also interested in making a bid during the January transfer window.
