Colombians, Atletico Nacional, took the scalp of Sao Paulo in the semis as after both teams won their respective home games 1-0, it was Nacional who held their nerve best in the penalty shootout that followed. They come into this tie as underdogs and if they are to have any chance, they have to earn a positive result in their own country.

Juan Carlos Osorio's side are very strong at the back and that is how they have achieved their success. 'Los Verdolagas' come into this match having six clean sheets in a row at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium and that helped them win all six, despite scoring just a single goal themselves in four of them. Stopping the visitors from scoring tonight will be foremost in their minds and you wouldn't want to bet against it.

River Plate kept their slim championship hopes alive on Sunday as they rallied to come from behind to beat Banfield. They still trail league leaders, Racing Club, by two points with just one game to go, but at least they're still in the mix.

'Los Millonarios' had looked set to retain their title but their form took a turn for the worse. It is therefore commendable that Marcelo Gallardo was able to lift his men from the doldrums to knock out arch-rivals, Boca Juniors, in the semi-finals of this competition as they drew the away leg 0-0 and won the return by one goal to nil.

I fully expect both teams to just try and contain the other, with a cagey affair the result. That's why, with over 1.5 goals trading at around the 1.768/11 mark, I have to make it my lay of the day.
