Can Belgrano finish their campaign on a high?
Following on from his winner in Argentina last night, Paul Robinson stays in the same country today as he feels that there will be at least three goals when Belgrano travel to Arsenal.
Arsenal FC v Belgrano
Monday December 1, 23:30 GMT
It took them 15 matches, but Arsenal finally earned an away victory last week as they won 4-2 at Newell's Old Boys. Their results on the road had been truly dire, so the fact that they're in mid-table shows that they're reasonably strong at home.
Martin Palermo's side are unbeaten in front of their own fans this season and they've only failed to score once at Estadio Viaducto. It's also worth noting that while they've kept plenty of clean sheets, 'Los del Viaducto' have conceded in each of their last two there.
Belgrano have slipped to 16th in the table following defeats at San Lorenzo and then at home to Tigre last time. Prior to that they have won three on the bounce and they put three past both Godoy Cruz and Defensa y Justica.
As far as the goals go, with 19 scored and 30 conceded, Ricardo Zielinski's men are seeing their games average 2.71 goals each time. Of their 17 league fixtures, 10 have rewarded under 2.5 layers - including all of their last four.
Neither of these clubs have anything to play for and that could lead to goals as the pressure is off. That's why, with under 2.5 trading at around the 1.654/6 mark, I have to make it my lay of the day.
