The Big Wednesday Multiple: HJK Helsinki to keep it tight

HJK Helsinki will be hoping to mount a European challenge this season

It's that time of the week where Paul Robinson selects a home win, an away win, a match to go over 2.5 goals and a match to go under 2.5 goals. Here are his selections...

Bet 1: KuPS (HOME) @ 2.2 (6/5) - Available on Betfair Live Video at 16:30 BST

Our first of three legs from Finland's Veikkausliiga takes us to KuPS as they look like decent value at odds-against to beat Jaro.

KuPS are up to fourth place after 15 fixtures and while they trail leaders, HJK, by fifteen points, they're only three adrift of Lahti in second. Victory this afternoon would edge them closer to a European place and with four wins from their last five at home - including a 4-0 thrashing of Mariehamn - you shouldn't bet against them.

Opponents, Jaro, are behind them on goal difference only, albeit having played a game more. Most of their points have come at Centralplan though and on the road it's three straight defeats - four from their last five.

Bet 2: Fylkir (AWAY) @ 2.9 (19/10) - Available on Betfair Live Video at 21:00 BST

Our away win comes from Iceland this week as Fylkir look overpriced to take all three points at Fjolnir.

Both of these teams are struggling for form as neither have won any of their last five. Fjolnir have home advantage but that doesn't' count for much when they've lost their lost two in front of their own fans. Prior to that it was a pair of draws for the Icelandic outfit and they haven't recorded a victory since the beginning of May.

Fylkir aren't in any better form themselves as they've taken just one point from a possible 15 of late. Their two most recent defeats came at the hands of teams in the top four though and while they've been beaten in their last three matches on the road, they at least won a couple of away games in the month of May.

Bet 3: FC Inter v TPS (Over 2.5 goals) @ 2.0 (1/1) - Available on Betfair Live Video at 16:30 BST 

Back to Finland now for our goal-fest as Inter Turku will be hoping to record a resounding victory over the rock bottom, TPS.

Inter Turku are only in ninth place themselves in a 12 team league but they've managed to accumulate 20 points from 16 fixtures and are actually only four points off the top four. They've found the net 16 times this term and their matches are averaging 2.19 goals each time. The hosts have won their last three games on home turf - two of which went over 2.5 goals - and they scored three themselves against VPS a fortnight ago.

TPS are struggling at the foot of the table and with 28 goals conceded it's not hard to see why. They were hammered 5-0 in their most recent away match and while that did come against the league leaders, prior to that it was a further four defeats - conceding two goals on each occasion.

Bet 4: HJK Helsinki v Lahti (Under 2.5 goals) @ 1.8 (4/5) - Available on Betfair Live Video at 16:30 BST

We conclude with the runaway leaders of the division as HJK Helsinki take on the second placed, Lahti.

HJK are the defending champions of the Veikkausliiga and with a dozen point lead at the top already, it's hard to imagine anything other than another title for them. Mika Lehkosuo's side have conceded only eight times this year and while they've scored an impressive 31 at the other end, this fixture won't be as easy as most of the others.

Opponents, Lahti, have only conceded nine goals themselves this season and they've kept three clean sheets in their five most recent away matches. The other two resulted in just one goal against, but they are nowhere near as prolific as HJK - 17 scored in 16 fixtures.
