Cross-Sport Multiple: Back Leyton Orient to sink Spireites

Under new ownership, Orient will be League One contenders again

Andrew Hughes thinks Leyton Orient will kick off their League One campaign with a win and help land another Saturday multiple.

Bet 1: Back Leyton Orient to beat Chesterfield at 1.9520/21

The gap in terms of quality between the bottom two professional divisions is smaller than between any other division and last season's League Two Champions Chesterfield will be confident of making an impact in their League One campaign.

But they have been handed a tough opener. Leyton Orient set the pace for most of the way last season, before being overhauled by Wolves and Brentford, before losing the play-off final against Rotherham, despite leading 2-0 at half-time.

The sale of the club has meant considerable off-field upheaval, but manager Russell Slade has been able to bring in some quality additions to the squad and knows this division like the back of his hand. Back Orient to start strong with a win.

Bet 2: Back Jamaica to beat St Lucia at 1.42/5

St Lucia Zouks picked up their first win of the Caribbean Premier League last Sunday, but it could be their last, as their last two games this tournament are against semi-final contenders, beginning on Saturday with Jamaica.

Propelled by the runs of Chris Gayle and Andre Russell, backed up by the miserly spin of Daniel Vettori and Nikita Miller, the Tallawahs have won six out of seven so far, and victory against St Lucia would guarantee them a semi-final spot.

The Zouks will want to finish with a flourish, but beating a poor Antiguan side is one thing, taking on Gayle and company is quite another. Back Jamaica to prevail

Bet 3: Back Leeds to beat Warrington at 1.84/5

Leeds go into Saturday's semi-final as favourites, but they will have their work cut out against the side that has won three of the last Challenge Cups and ended the Rhino's Cup hopes in  2010 and 2012.

Neither side goes into this game with any momentum. After racking up ten straight victories, Warrington have lost two from three. Leeds also lack momentum going into this game, having slipped to a surprise defeat against Bradford last time out.

But the Rhinos were resting key players for that game, and on the balance of their recent form, they have the edge on the Wolves. They will also be welcoming back a number of key players including captain Kevin Sinfield. Back Leeds for the win.
