Against All Odds: Seattle and Houston to keep the score down

The fans won;t get to see many goals tonight

It's MLS action for Paul Robinson tonight as he thinks that the match between Seattle and Houston Dynamo will see two goals or fewer...

Seattle Sounders v Houston Dynamo

Seattle come into this game sitting second in the Western Conference and while they trail leaders, Real Salt Lake, by one point, they have three games in hand. Interestingly though, the Sounders have lost three of their last four outings so they will be keen to get back to winning ways sooner rather than later.

As far as the goals go, four of their last five have gone under 2.5 goals, with three of them going under 1.5. Sigi Schmid's side have kept three clean sheets out of four at CenturyLink Field and they have only scored more than two themselves on one occasion in their last half dozen fixtures there.

Houston Dynamo are struggling in ninth place in the Eastern Conference but they are only five points adrift of the Final Series places, with a game in hand. They need to address their results on the road though as it's five straight defeats and only one win this campaign.

Dominic Kinnear's men have scored in just one of their last five matches away from Houston and although they are quite leaky at the other end, they will be relieved to face a team who aren't overly prolific.

I can see this being 1-0 or 2-0 to the hosts, so with over 2.5 goals trading at around the 1.768/11 mark, I have to make it my lay of the day.
