Start your Wembley dreams Baggies, Rovers and Royals!
A fabulous day for outsiders saw Blackburn put four past Stoke, while Reading knocked out Championship high-fliers Derby. The earlier kick-off pitted Premier League pair West Brom and West Ham and looked a close-fought affair before a ball was kicked but turned out to be a major mismatch with the Baggies running out 4-0 winners.
Brown Ideye was widely expected to leave Albion during the transfer window but ended up staying and he has been reborn since, scoring four goals in three games including a brace today. Saido Berahino and James Morrison were the other scorers in a big home win that was backed at a high of 50.049/1 in the correct score market. West Brom are 12.011/1 to win the FA Cup.
Rovers had gone behind to a Peter Crouch header at Ewood Park, and drifted to 11.010/1 on Betfair's Exchange, but came back to pull off a famous win thanks to a hat-trick from former Manchester United trainee Joshua King.
The game hinged on a red card for Stoke defender Geoff Cameron who brought down King in the penalty area with the scores locked at 1-1. Rovers scored from the spot kick to take the lead and didn't look back. A home win of four goals or more was backed at 44.043/1.
A red card played its part in the all-Championship clash between Derby and Reading with Steve McClaren's side having to play with 10 men for 50 minute after Stephen Warnock's sending off. The Royals took the lead shortly after, conceded an equaliser, but saw new signing Yakubu hit the winning goal with just eight minutes left on the clock. Reading traded at a high of 6.05/1 on the Exchange.
Reading and Blackburn both trade at around the 44.043/1 mark to win the cup.
