Chelsea are in to 1.330/100 to win the Premier League after a come-from-behind victory at Anfield today.
Emre Can was the 55.054/1 surprise first goalscorer for the home side, his deflected shot beating Thibaut Courtois from outside the box on nine minutes. But it took just five minutes before Chelsea equalised and fine work by Cesar Azpilicueta created a chance that Diego Costa dispatched midway through the second half. That goal rewarded in-play backers of the Chelsea win at 4.57/2.
Meanwhile at the bottom of the table, Burnley fans finally celebrated a Premier League victory at the 11th attempt. After a goalless first half Ashley Barnes sent the Turf Moor crowd into raptures as he headed past Steve Harper to give Sean Dyche's team the lead. A toothless Hull side were unable to get back into it and Burnley, though still bottom and 1.261/4 to go down, are now equal on points with QPR (ahead of the Saturday evening game).
Leicester have dropped into the bottom three after their sixth consecutive game without a win. They were resolute at St Mary's but the in-form home team came through thanks to a Shane Long brace. Southampton were backed at a high of 3.052/1 to win. Second-placed Saints were backed at 150.0149/1 for a Top Four Finish but currently trade at just 3.8514/5 to end the season in the Champions League qualification spots.
West Ham had scored 19 goals in 10 Premier League matches before hosting Aston Villa but spurned a host of chances to add to that tally as they were held 0-0 by Paul Lambert's team. The 0-0 final score was backed at 15.014/1.
And in a low-scoring game at Old Trafford, a Juan Mata goal was all that separated Manchester United and Crystal Palace. Under 1.5 goals was backed at 6.411/2 while the Spaniard touched 14.5n/a to be the first goalscorer.
