Borussia Dortmund v Galatasaray

Live on Sky Sports 1

Match Odds: Borussia Dortmund 1.271/4, Galatasaray 13.5n/a, The Draw 7.06/1

There is a case for saying that Galatasaray must be amazing value at 13.5n/a given that they visit a side who, bewilderingly, are joint-bottom of the Bundesliga. However, this column successfully backed Borussia Dortmund away to Anderlecht and Galatasaray and there has been nothing whatsoever to fault about their Champions League campaign.

They have "won" all six halves that they have played, as well as four out of four in the German Cup and two out of two in the German Supercup. Meanwhile, Galatasaray have claimed just four victories in ten games. They haven't led at an interval in six fixtures, trailing by that stage in the most recent three, and lost two of their latest three encounters 0-4, one of those to Dortmund.

Recommended Bet: Back Borussia Dortmund to lead at half time and full time @ 1.84/5

FC Basel v Ludogorets

Live on Sky Sports Red Button

Match Odds: FC Basel 1.875/6, Ludogorets 5.04/1, The Draw 3.7511/4

Both teams to score didn't deliver the first time that Group B's less illustrious duo collided, but there is reason to retain faith for the return. Ludogorets have scored in all three of their group-stage ties to date, quite the feat for a Euro-inexperienced club paired with Real Madrid, Liverpool and FC Basel.

Similarly, FC Basel were shut out only once in their previous 11 Champions League home matches, firing past the likes of Man United, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Liverpool - all of whom they beat - while their blank in Bulgaria was the sole one posted by them in 15 outings across all competitions.

Recommended Bet: Back both teams to score @ 1.9620/21

Juventus v Olympiacos
Tuesday, 19:45
Live on Sky Sports Red Button

Match Odds: Juventus 1.341/3, Olympiacos 13.012/1, The Draw 5.59/2

Juventus fans will fear a second successive first-round exit after falling to third in Group A via defeats to Atletico Madrid and Olympiacos, though two things should hold their confidence: both reverses came away, and coach Max Allegri reached the knockout phase in all four of his seasons at AC Milan.

The Old Lady are a vastly more formidable force at their Juventus Stadium, winning seven straight games and earning clean sheets in six of those. Their last home loss occurred in April 2013 and they have so much as drawn there a mere five times since. Olympiacos have lost three Champions League road trips in a row, the last 0-2 against bottom team Malmo.

Recommended Bet: Back Juventus to keep a clean sheet @ 1.794/5
