Frank De Boer's side go to Twente this weekend

PSV v AZ Alkmaar
Saturday, 17:30
Live on Sky Sports 5
Table-toppers PSV face AZ Alkmaar with new manager John van den Brom at the helm in what should be a tight affair. Van den Brom's debut two weeks ago saw his side hold the undefeated FC Twente to a respectable 2-2 draw which saw Robert Mhren notch his first strike for the Cheese Farmers. Mhren, a summer signing from Eerste Divisie side FC Volendam, scored six goals in four games this season in the Dutch first division before transferring to Alkmaar.
The Eindhoven will have to contend with the striker minus two important defenders as head coach Phillip Cocu cannot select Jeffrey Bruma and Joshua Brenet due to suspension. However, the striking options have been boosted with Luuk de Jong returning from injury but inspirational playmaker Georginio Wijnaldum is set to miss out after picking up a knee problem during training with the national side midweek.
I see this game being too close to call so let's look at the goals market for our recommended bet. Eighteen goals have been scored in the last six games involving AZ and 16 in PSV's matches and I see this trend continuing. Get yourself on Over 3.5 Goals at 2.285/4 to make a profit in this one.

Feyenoord v Heracles
Saturday, 18:45
Live on Sky Sports 5
Feyenoord coach Fred Rutten has saw his fortunes turned around in Rotterdam with two 4-0 wins over Go Ahead Eagles and FC Groningen after they were handed a undeserving 1-0 defeat at home to Ajax last month and the same can be said for rock bottom Heracles. The Almelo side appointed John Stegeman as interim head coach until the end of the season, ahead of the 6-1 thrashing of NAC Breda last round that ended a horrific run of 12 games without a win in the Eredivisie.
A key player in Feyenoord's resurgence is forgotten man Elvis Manu. The 21-year-old winger signed for Feyenoord in 2012 and has spent the last two seasons on loan at Excelsior and Cambuur respectively, but has taken his opportunities at De Kuip this term with a favourable outcome. Manu has started the last three games and added three assists and a goal in the process. Along with Lex Immers, Mitchell te Vrede and Colin Kazim-Richards, the Pride of South has improved incredibly in front of goal to fire themselves into the top ten.
The Rotterdammers are a very short price at 1.341/3 and rightly so as Heracles may come back down to earth with a bump. I perceive Rutten's side being too strong for them, however not without a fight. Out of the last five games, Heraclieden have found the net every time and with Both Teams to Score valued at 1.715/7, this a price worth backing.

FC Twente v Ajax
Saturday, 19:45
Live on Sky Sports 2
The undefeated FC Twente play host to defending Eredivisie champions Ajax in what should be 'the game of the week'. Even after the big money sale of Duan Tadi to Southampton in the summer, Twente coach Alfred Schreuder has a squad good enough to challenge for the title this term. South African midfielder Kamohelo Mokotjo was poached from PEC Zwolle while young playmaker Hakim Ziyech arrived from Heerenveen and lining up with Kyle Ebecilio and Youness Mokhtar, these four are an exciting prospect for lone striker Luc Castaignos.
Supplied from the great creativity in the Twente midfield, Castaignos has notched five goals already this season and may prove to be a stern test to Frank de Boer's defence this Saturday night. To make things easier for the big striker, Ajax may well be pre-occupied with a midweek's trip to the Nou Camp to face Lionel Messi and co in the Champions League. De Boer may decide to rest some stars and try go to the De Grolsch Veste Stadion for a point, even though keeping up with PSV at the top of the league table is as essential as progression out of the group stages in Europe is.
This could prove to be another close game and I can see the game finishing level. The Draw is valued at a big 3.711/4 and this could give us another nice healthy profit this weekend.
Recommended Bet
Back The Draw at 3.711/4
