Premier League on Betfair: No change at the top as Chelsea win late and Man City thrash Stoke

Willian was Chelsea's late match winner tonight

Mike Norman brings us all the In-Play odds details from tonight's six Premier League matches as Chelsea leave it late to beat Everton, and Man City win easily at Stoke...

Chelsea maintained their seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League table with a last-gasp 1-0 win over Everton at Stamford Bridge tonight.

The Blues, who gave a full debut to Deadline Day signing Juan Cuadrado, looked as though they would be frustrated as the game neared a conclusion, but just moments after Gareth Barry received his marching orders for a second bookable offence, Willian saw his deflected shot hit the back of the net.

The attacking midfielder was matched at 27.026/1 to score the first goal of the game, while a Chelsea win hit a high of 6.411/2 In-Play as the minutes ticked by.

There was no such late drama at the Britannia Stadium however as Manchester City easily beat Stoke 1-4 despite the Potters having a clear penalty turned down with the score at 0-0.

Sergio Aguero put the defending Premier League champions in front just after the half hour mark but Peter Crouch levelled meaning the sides went into the interval locked at 1-1.

But Manuel Pellegrini's men stepped up a gear in the second half and goals from James Milner, Aguero (penalty) and Samir Nasri rounded off a much needed victory.

The Citizens hit a high of 2.56/4 to win the game, while the 1-4 Correct Score was matched at 42.041/1.

Chelsea remain strong favourites at 1.162/13 to win the title; Man city can be backed at 8.88/1.

Elsewhere tonight Manchester United climbed above Southampton to third in the table after beating Burnley 3-1 at Old Trafford while the Saints could manage only a goalless draw at home to West Ham.

Chris Smalling, matched at 50.049/1 to score at anytime (he wasn't matched in the First Goalscorer market) scored the opener for the Red Devils but Danny Ings levelled soon after. But another goal from Smalling and a Robin van Persie penalty secured the win for Louis van Gaal's men.

United were matched at 1.855/6 to win the game with the 3-1 Correct Score hitting a high of 15.5n/a. The goalless draw at St mary's was matched at 13.012/1.

Man Utd can now be backed at 1.564/7 in the Top 4 Finish market with Arsenal trading at 1.4840/85. Southampton are available at 3.613/5 after tonight's draw, just ahead of Tottenham, 4.3100/30, and Liverpool, 4.94/1.

In tonight's other games Crystal Palace against Newcastle - billed as Alan Pardew v John Carver - ended all-square, while West Brom secured a crucial 2-0 win over Swansea.
