14.30 - Most of these are unproven on the surface but the reliable Art Form has the best form on offer and is hard to leave out. Elegant Girl might be a long-standing maiden but she makes the frame more often than not so is also included.
15.00 - With Mutual Regard now a non-runner, leg two looks wide open, especially with little fibresand form to go on. The inclusion of in-form Stag Hill and improving Nowdoro will hopefully be enough to see us through.
15.30 - Hoofalong is the most likely winner but Max The Machine makes the most appeal for placepot purposes given his proven ability to handle this surface, and looks banker material in a maiden which doesn't appear to have much depth.
16.00 - Girl At The Sands proved out of her depth in the Flying Childers at Doncaster last time but she was going the right way prior to that and is taken to bounce back on a surface she is proven on. C&D winner La Sylphe is included as back-up.
16.30 - No Dominion's latest third at Kempton is working out well and looks a worthy favourite on that run, but he's not the most consistent and still has to prove himself on fibresand, so he could be one to take on for placepot purposes. Bitaphon showed signs that he's on the way back at Thirsk last time and won off his current mark at this venue as a juvenile. My Manekineko may not be particularly well treated on what he's achieved so far but he remains unexposed, and caught the eye when a staying-on third over C&D on his penultimate start.
17.00 - Victorian Bounty was successful on his only previous visit here and is likely to go well back in handicap company after a good run last time, while the consistent Half A Billion also has conditions to suit. Hopefully they will be able to complete the job in what looks the trickiest leg.
