17:45 Tramore - Romanesco

He won over hurdles at Perth last time out but we're sending him back chasing today. He had plenty of experience over fences before he came to us but it'll be his first run over them since joining the yard.
The ground was quite good when he ran at Perth but he has won a couple of chases on very heavy going and he enjoys those testing conditions. He's in very good form and the trip is ideal but my concern is that the track might be on the sharp side for him. If he takes to the place, he should run a big race.

20:00 Dundalk - Silverlord

He has been very disappointing over hurdles this year but he has some decent placed efforts over today's course and distance. With that in mind, we're hoping that he will appreciate the return to the all-weather because he seems to be in good shape at home.

Luke Dempsey, who rides him, is a good young lad and he rode his first winner on Wednesday. The horse has slipped down the ratings a little bit and Luke takes a handy 10lbs off him, so if he could reproduce his very best form, he would go well.
