Against All Odds: Goals galore in Portugal with PSG in town

He may look like Darius Danesh, but Ibrahimovic is getting better with age

Porto meet Paris St-Germain tonight and under 2.5 goals is odds-on. PSG have been amongst the goals this season though and Paul Robinson expects more of the same this evening.

Porto opened up their European campaign with a decent 2-0 win at Dinamo Zagreb. Vtor Pereira may have lost the services of the incredible Hulk over the summer but he did at least manage to keep playmaker, Joo Moutinho.

The worry of course is where are the goals going to come from, but new boy Jackson Martinez has hit the ground running with four in five and South American pair, Lucho Gonzlez and James Rodrguez are both chipping in.

Porto's last two games have gone over 3.5 and, in the Champions League, three of their last six at Estdio do Drago have seen three goals or more.

PSG have high expectations since becoming one of the richest clubs in the world and they are slowly beginning to deliver under Carlo Ancelotti. They are now unbeaten in 12 competitive games and have won their last five in a row.

The enigmatic Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been the star man, netting seven goals to date and he is clearly a rejuvenated man in France. Three of their last five have gone over 2.5, including the 4-1 demolition of Dinamo Kiev in their opening Champions League group game.

Both of these sides are in decent goal scoring form and I feel under 2.5 is a touch short here at 1.8910/11 and that's why I'm making it my lay of the day.
