Windsor Placepot: Monday June 10

18:30 - Constantine, the only runner with experience in the opening maiden, ought to be all the sharper for his outing at Nottingham last month, in a race that has thrown up two subsequent winners, and it would be something of a surprise were he not to win this for the fearsome Hannon/Hughes combination. 

19:00 - Honey Of A Kitten has been in pretty decent form all year and she could take some beating in this claimer, though it's not the sort of race in which you can be too confident so we're also going to stick in Moment In The Sun, who needs to prove she is as good on turf as all-weather but shouldn't be far away.

19:30 - Come On Blue Chip has been in excellent form at this venue recently but we're going to take him on with Cactus Valley and Greylami. The first mentioned is fairly consistent but the suspicion is that he has a bigger performance in him if he applies himself whilst Greylami, though on a lengthy losing run, is well-treated and shaped better than the bare result at Leicester last time. 

20:00 - Four Leaves and Malekat Jamal look the pair to side with in a trappy contest, with it being possible to make a case of sorts for each of the runners. Four Leaves returned to her best at Lingfield recently and should be competitive off the same mark whilst Malekat Jamal, trained by David Simcock, seems sure to be suited by this step up to a mile and remains unexposed. 

20:30 - Charter could yet have more to offer but in an attempt to keep the lines under control we're going to bank upon Royal Challis, an unexposed sort who posted his best effort yet when scoring at this venue last month. 

21:00 - With just four going to post we need to select the winner, with the best options appearing to be Dusty Storm and Exotic Isle. The first mentioned ran creditably on her reappearance and is pretty consistent whilst Exotic Isle, trained by Ralph Beckett, sets the standard based upon her penultimate win and has to be respected.
