Follow The Money: Back Bracing Breeze to blow rivals away

A back and a lay at Ascot today from the FTM team

Today's Follow The Money is focused on Royal Ascot, of course, but the team has also picked out a steamer at Uttoxeter to keep an eye on

Our first selection of the day comes from the 14:45 Selling Hurdle at Uttoxeter, where there has been support in the market for Teshali; backed in from 4.47/2 to 3.613/5. He has shown solid recent form over fences/hurdles, most notably when he finished third at Stratford earlier this month. If he can hold off the likely threats of Descaro and Di Kaprio then he looks good for the win today.

Our next selection comes from Royal Ascot in the 15:05 1m Grp2 race where race favourite Duntle is on the drift, now trading at 4.1n/a out from 3.505/2. She had a progressive 2012 season and was first past the post in Group 1 Matron Stakes at Leopardstown in September. She also won on her return in a Group 3 race last month. However, she comes up against an extremely difficult field today, most notably Dank and Chigun who also come into the race with strong from and a good claim to be contenders today. This race appears to be very open with any one of the three horses mentioned a possible winner.

Our final selection today is another from Royal Ascot. Bracing Breeze, who runs in the 17:35 1mHcap, is now trading at 8.88/1 having been way out at 16.5n/a. She confirmed her debut promise when easily winning the Dundalk maiden in September and still looked to be learning when second in Cork in May. Although she is untested over one mile yet - having never been further than seven furlongs - this filly could improve by any amount in a very open race and looks worth a punt today.
