How will we fare today?Today's Follow The Money movers come from the meetings at Folkestone and Thirsk.
Our first race is the 14:40 at Thirsk where Cracking Choice has drifted this morning from 2.75n/a out to 4.2016/5. Still to get off the mark after six runs and despite showing plenty of promise it is easy to question whether today will be the day. The drop back to five furlongs may help but it doesn't seem to have convinced backers and his price continues to rise.
The next selection is in the 15:20 at Folkestone where Tarbawi has had strong support to move from 10.60n/a to 6.611/2. After looking a little green on his debut he seemed to get the hang of things when third at Warwick last time out. Although he faces some potentially decent newcomers today, if he can continue on his upward curve then this is a great chance to get off the mark.
We stay at Folkestone for our final selection and in the 15:50 Diamond Belle has been backed down to 2.942/1 from 4.2016/5. After some time off she has come back a different horse, starting with a win at Redcar and followed up by a decent second last time at Kempton. Although up against some similarly improving horses today, confidence remains high and that is being reflected in the short price.
