Michael Bell's Riskit For a Biskit is attracting strong support at Lingfield
Today's movers come from the meetings at Lingfield and Doncaster...
The day starts at Lingfield for the five furlong claimer at 14:00 and Hamoody is on the drift out to 2.447/5 from 2.0421/20. He has been in good form of late, winning a handicap and claimer over the winter but is running off worse terms than his rivals today. There is significant support also for market rival Drawnfromthepast and, despite Shirley Teasdale's five pound claim on the selection, it would seem that Hamoody won't find things easy today against rivals who have also been winning over the winter.
We stay at Lingfield for the six furlong maiden at 15:05 and Michael Bell's Riskit Fora Biskit is showing some very strong support at 2.111/10 from 4.94/1. She is closely related to Crown Prosecutor who won in Britain and Hong Kong and is out of a half-sister to some very useful sprinters. The market likes her chances in what looks an ordinary race.
We move on to Doncaster and Moonlight Drive is now trading at 8.615/2 from 13.012/1 in the 15:55 Handicap Hurdle. He looked a really nice sort when making a winning debut under rules for John Quinn a couple of years ago but hasn't built on that success since. A run in a jumper's bumper last time out however showed much of that early promise and the market support is very encouraging.
