Benitez is still searching for his first win as Chelsea boss
Mike Norman rounds-up today's In-Play odds in the Premier League including huge wins for West Ham and Swansea and a big-priced goalscorer at Craven Cottage...
Chelsea are out to 18.017/1 to win the Premier League title after their poor form continued at Upton Park earlier this afternoon, heaping more pressure on owner Roman Abramovich and new boss Rafa Benitez.
The Blues led 1-0 at the interval thanks to a 14th minute Juan Mata goal (matched at 10.5n/a in the First Goalscorer market) but the introduction of Mohamed Diame at half time changed the game in West Ham's favour; the Senegal International dominating the midfield.
Carlton Cole brought the Hammers level before late goals from Diame and Modibo Maiga sealed the victory for the home side. West Ham were matched at a high of 26.025/1 to win the game In-Play, whilst the 3-1 Correct Score was matched at a massive 260.0259/1.
Manchester City moved to the top of the Premier League table courtesy of having a better goal difference than neighbours United after they were held 1-1 at the Etihad Stadium. Marouane Fellaini put Everton in front but a late first half penalty, converted by Carlos Tevez, earned a point for the defending champions.
The 1-1 draw was matched at 9.617/2, and the result means that City have drifted slightly to retain their title, now available to back at 2.466/4.
There was a huge chorus of boos at the Emirates Stadium when the final whistle sounded to signal a 0-2 victory for Swansea, a result that will do Arsene Wenger no help at all following a protest before the game from Gunners fans venting their fury at big-name sales, rising ticket prices, and a lack of trophies.
One of the 'finds' of the season, Michu, did the damage for Swansea, netting two late goals to earn his side a tremendous victory. The Spaniard was backed at 14.013/1 to score first, whilst a Swansea win was matched at 23.022/1 In-Play and the 0-2 Correct Score at 110.0109/1.
Tottenham's recent good form continued with an impressive 3-0 victory at Craven Cottage, that scoreline being matched at 55.054/1. Sandro was a 85.084/1 shocker in the First Goalscorer market, whilst two late Jermain Defoe goals wrapped up the point.
Elsewhere, Stoke - matched at 7.26/1 to win the game - pulled off a minor surprise at high-flying West Brom, though bottom-of-the-table QPR could manage only a 1-1 draw at Loftus Road in Harry Redknapp's first home game in charge.
QPR remain rooted at the bottom and are available to back at 1.768/11 to be relegated.
