Will Swincombe Flame get her head in front at Kempton today?
Today's Follow The Money movers come from Lingfield and Kempton...
We start at Lingfield in their 14:25 mile handicap which has seen Aquilonius prove easy to back, now trading at 2.6813/8 having earlier been 2.1211/10. Stuart Williams' runner was a course and distance winner last time out earlier this month so clearly arrives in good form. A four pound rise makes things harder today and, at the prices, the selection looks worth opposing this afternoon.
In Kempton's 13:30 staying handicap hurdle for mares Swincombe Flame has come in to 4.94/1 from 6.05/1. She reverts to hurdles today after a couple of unsuccessful chase efforts and races off a lenient looking mark. A former bumper winner on heavy, she landed the Lanzarote here at Kempton last January. Stamina could become an issue but she does have plenty in her favour today and a return to form could be on the cards.
Finally we head to Kempton and their finale, the 15:45 handicap hurdle, where All The Aces has been popular all morning. Nicky Henderson's seven year old has come in to 6.86/1 from 9.08/1. He has been off the track since losing his form back in May but has run well after a break previously, albeit on the Flat, and the money indicates some good work at home. The stable, who have a fantastic recent record in this race, are in flying form and the selection can take advantage of a falling handicap mark today.
