West Brom have wobbled slightly in their last two games, though the Baggies can surely be excused a minor blip after fashioning a truly magnificent start to the season. The pressure here is all on Arsenal, who, after earning early season defensive plaudits have lost their way badly in the Premier League. A Michu-inspired defeat to Swansea is the latest in a growing portfolio of home mishaps for the Gunners. Alarmingly, Arsenal have now shipped seven goals in their last three home league matches.

Darren Bent may be completely out of favour with Paul Lambert, but at least Benteke is hitting the right notes for Aston Villa. The 22-year-old Belgian striker has been a ray of sunshine amongst the gloom-mongering at Villa Park, putting in consistently quality performances. Benteke has displayed an imposing physicality beyond his tender years and is proving a real handful for Premier league defences. Stoke are in a good moment, though Benteke may prove decisive in another tight affair.

Is there any stopping Swansea's Spanish midfield goal machine? On the latest evidence, you'd have to say probably not. Michu's finishing - particularly for his second against Arsenal - is something to behold and an example to any player on keeping your head when the whites of the goalposts come into view. The fact that he only cost 2 million gets more and more bewildering with each week and each goal that passes.

His latest brace on Monday took him joint-top of the Premier League goalscorers' chart with 10.
