Follow The Money: Get your Rox on

Will you get against Gosden's Sillabub today?

Today's Follow The Money movers come from the meetings at Plumpton, Kempton and Wolverhampton.

We start with the 14:40 at Plumpton, a 2m handicap hurdle in which Little Roxy has been all the rage shortening from 7.87/1 in to 4.67/2. There was much to like about the mare's seasonal debut last month when third behind odds-on Royale Knight. Given that the winner that day was on the third leg of an eventual four-timer and that Anna Newton Smith's charge will undoubtedly be better for that run, following an 11 month layoff, we expect to go extremely close with this one today.

Over to Wolverhampton now where, in the claimer at 15:00, Lucy Bee has been supported from 7.613/2 in to 5.69/2. With a strike rate of one in sixo, former jockey Keith Dalgleish has taken to training like a duck to water. Given that the filly has been placed in her last two outings (both at Wolverhampton), Lucy Bee will only have to improve marginally for the step up in trip in order to maintain be in the shake-up.

Our final selection is the lay of the day and that comes in the shape of Sillabub who has drifted for money from 2.285/4 out to 3.412/5 in the 15:50 at Kempton . Admittedly, it can be folly to take on a potential John Gosden improver but there are several factors to believe that this may not be one of the handler's better two-year-olds. The form of the filly's first run when third in a maiden hasn't really been franked and this polytrack surface will be very different to the soft going encountered by her at HQ on her debut. For those reasons and at the price we are happy to take Sillabub on.
