Adam Lallana and Frank Lampard are two players heading for Brazil who are being linked with new clubs for when they return...

Liverpool will have to pay over 20million if they are to land England international Adam Lallana this summer, according to the Metro.

The 26-year-old is being strongly tipped to move on from Southampton, but a fee for his services remains a stumbling block, despite Liverpool being keen to wrap up a deal before the World Cup.

One issue is the 25% sell-on fee that his former club Bournemouth have fixed, with Saints keen to receive at least 20million for their own coffers. The St Mary's board are reportedly trying to hold out for a fee in the region of 25million.

Meanwhile, The Sun suggests that QPR boss Harry Redknapp is targeting a move for out-of-contract midfielder Frank Lampard.

The England man is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer after 13 years with the Blues, but he could remain in the Premier League and in west London.

Redknapp is Lampard's uncle and if anyone could persuade him to sign, you would think it would be the QPR boss, who is now preparing for life in the top flight after play-off success at Wembley.

Sunderland are looking to bolster their defensive options this summer and are looking to bring Michael Mancienne back to England.

The 26-year-old is currently with Hamburg and has been playing in Germany for the last three years, but could return to the Premier League in the close season.

The Mirror say the Black Cats are leading the race to sign the former Chelsea man, who could leave for as little as 1million, as he enters the final 12 months of his current contract.

Finally, the Daily Star have reported that West Ham have agreed a deal to sign Argentine striker Mauro Zarate.

It's not the first spell in the Premier League for the 27-year-old, who had a loan period with Birmingham City in 2008, during which time he scored four goals in 14 appearances.

Zarate has since played for Lazio and Inter Milan, but will join the Hammers from Velez Sarsfield on a three-year contract.
