Home and Away: Visitors are star tern in Berlin tonight

Franco Foda's side have adjusted well to life in the second tier

Jonno Turner scours the continent for his final two picks of the week.

We're off to Italy for our penultimate pick of the week - and it's a local derby as Sassuolo and Modena line up at their shared stadium, the Stadio Alberto Braglia, looking to extend the impressive recent form they have shown of late.

The hosts are unbeaten in 12 in front of their own fans, winning 10 of those clashes - and boss Eusebio Di Francesco will be desperate for his side to continue that momentum here.

And five clean sheets from their last half a dozen home games underlines just how comfortable the Emilia-Romagna side have looked in recent weeks.

But that's not to say that Sassuolo are a defensive side - far from it, and they have notched a whopping 10 goals in their last six hours of football at the Braglia.

That leaves Di Francesco's side in pole position in Serie B with around a third of the season played, and they welcome seventh placed Modena to their patch this evening.

The visitors go into this tie having won just two from seven away outings, and boss Dario Marcolin will be desperate to correct that slide against their big rivals.

The Canarini have shipped seven goals in three games, and that suggests that they may struggle against a Sassuolo side which is full of vigour and attacking on all cylinders at the moment.

Consistency seems to have been the big issue for the visitors this season, and it is and they have only won back to back games once in their last eight.

Sassuolo have lost just once to Modena in seven clashes, and I fancy the hosts to cement their place at the top of the table tonight - with the rest of the pack breathing down their neck.

Bet 1: Sassuolo (HOME) @ 1.83

Over to Germany now for our final tip, and Kaiserslautern travel to Union Berlin, aiming to make it nine unbeaten from their last 11 on the road.

The 2.Bundesliga side have been consistently impressive on the road, and go into this one having lost just one away league game all campaign.

Franco Foda will be delighted with those results, and it leaves his side sitting third in the division - just four points off second place.

Two clean sheets from their last four shows that the Roten Teufel are looking strong at the back, and that will be hugely important to them if they are to book their place back in the top tier at the first time of asking.

Hosts Union Berlin have won only one of their last four home games, and that leaves Uwe Neuhaus' side sitting in eighth place ahead of this one.

The Eiserne have kept just two clean sheets from eight Bundesliga outings, and that suggests that they could be susceptible to conceding this evening.

The visitors are unbeaten against Union Berlin in their last three meetings, and I reckon that Foda's side could be leaving the capital with three points tonight.

Bet 2: Kaiserslautern (AWAY) @ 2.66
