Follow The Money: Kap being backed to Gun down his rivals

Kap Gun is attacting the money at Exter today

Today's Follow The Money comes from Lingfield, Exeter and Sandown...

We start at Lingfield in their 13:20 claimer in which Noguchi has been supported down to 5.95/1 from an earlier 12.011/1. This former Wolverhampton winner makes his reappearance this afternoon for a new stable with the money suggesting the selection's wellbeing at home. A useful handicapper when last seen, this first drop into claiming class can see the seven year old put up a big run today.

Next we head to Exeter's 14:05 novice hurdle where Kap Gun has come in to 3.1511/5 from 5.14/1. Philip Hobbs' runner made an encouraging hurdles debut last month at Wincanton when 5th and is entitled to have come on since. Today's race also looks easier on paper and he is taken to open his account this afternoon.

Lastly, in Sandown's 14:20 Listed staying chase, Pacha Du Polder has been easy in the market. Earlier available at 2.982/1 he has drifted out to 4.216/5. The selection does have some good novice form in the book from last term but was disappointing when pulled up on his reappearance in October at Aintree. He must also concede weight all round and punters are looking to get the five year old beaten again today.
