Follow The Money: Hat-trick hunting at Kempton

Today's Follow the Money comes from Lingfield and Kempton.

We start at Lingfield and in the 14:00 where Linkable has been backed for trainer Brendan Powell, from an opening price of 5.95/1 in to 4.216/5. He put a couple of poor efforts behind him when runner-up over course and distance on his last run. That was only his second start for the yard and a repeat of that effort should see him go close today.

Our next selection also runs at Lingfield where Muhandis is weak in the market for the 15:00 and has drifted out to 4.1n/a from 2.962/1. Seb Sanders' mount has been in good form recently over seven furlongs, finishing runner-up twice at the track this month. The step up in trip shouldn't be an issue, he does race some similar types today and off his current mark a couple of other make more appeal today.

Our final selection runs at Kempton where Sweet Liberta has been well supported from 5.04/1 in to 3.39/4 in the 19:30. Andrew Balding's filly is seeking a hat-trick today after winning here earlier this month and following that up with an impressive 4.5 length victory at Lingfield last week. She is racing off a 6lb higher mark today, but jockey Daniel Muscutt has a 7lb allowance and the market support suggest she can make it three wins in 16 days.
