I'm A Celebrity Betting: One-time outsider Roberts a good bet for victory

With David Haye being voted off last night (which we flagged up at 3.3512/5), tonight's final is an all-female battle between Ashley Roberts and Charlie Brooks. One came into the jungle a massive outsider at 95.094/1, while one hasn't traded above 13.5n/a all series. Who will be crowned queen? Here's my take...

Ashley Roberts (Winner odds 1.645/8): She came into the jungle as a complete no-hoper, but now Ashley is in the final and a fairly solid 1.645/8 favourite to win the thing. She's never been in the bottom two, and three of the last four IACGMOOH winners never experienced the danger zone, so that's a huge positive. So she's clearly ahead of Charlie at the moment and given the final day always makes for boring TV with just two campmates left, it's unlikely she'll get knocked off top spot.

Charlie Brooks 2.6213/8: Charlie's got it all to do if she wants to be crowned queen. She was in the bottom two on Thursday night so we must assume she's starting behind in votes tonight. And given it's likely to be a massive love-in show tonight, there won't be much Charlie can do to turn it round. Also, the poor record of soap stars on the show is always at the back of my mind.

Verdict: Ashley is on course to pull off one of the biggest shocks in I'm A Celebrity history. She came in as a complete nobody but has turned the formbook on its head and the favourite going into the final day normally wins. Charlie is clearly popular as well but at 1.645/8 I think Ashley is a spot of value.
