Lily of Kenmare (18:50) placed on her first two starts in Dundalk maidens prior to winning one over a mile in December. She was also better than the result when third of 11 in seven-furlong handicap at Leopardstown last month and, now tried in a hood, can get back to winning ways. Kanes Park looks next best, while the booking of Joseph O'Brien on Slim Chance catches the eye, so those two are nominated as dangers.
Vastonea (19:20) progressed well last summer, proving better than ever when landing a valuable handicap over an extended mile at Galway in July. Well below that form later in 2012, but clearly very capable fresh. Miracle Cure looks very solid, but with Vastonea's record first time out, he's the selection.
Only Exception (19:50) remains a maiden, but her run last time suggests she's not far away from rectifying that. With her consistency so hard to knock, she can be expected to open her account. Among the rest, Roter Baron has been gelded and could find an opening before long, while Clare Harrier was in good form on polytrack when last seen.
