Follow The Money: Can Sixty land us a big Aintree winner?

We're chasing a big win at Aintree today...

Today's Follow The Money comes from Aintree and Lingfield.

Our first couple of selections come on the all-weather at Lingfield starting with Midnight Sequel in the 14:20 middle distance handicap. This four-year-old is now 4.03/1 from an earlier 2.915/8. Although chasing a hat-trick today following wins in similar modest fare at Kempton, she is now a further 4lbs higher in the weights and punters feel she is one to be against now.

Next, in the 15:30, Quatuor has come in for support on her debut. She is in to 4.03/1 from 6.25/1. The money suggests some decent work at home from the selection and her readiness for this test. Connections have chosen a low key start for their runner and a good start could be forthcoming this afternoon.

Finally we head to Aintree for their finale, the staying handicap hurdle at 17:25, where Sixty Something has been backed from 32.031/1 in to 16.5n/a. A three-time winner this season, including once over course and distance on good ground, this represents the toughest test of his career thus far. However, he has clearly been progressive and there could be more to come still. The runner-up from his last success has since won and the selection is fancied to run another big race today.
