Our Ivor has seen solid support in the 15:20 1m Handicap moving from 2.526/4 in to 2.0621/20. The selection is clearly in form, as evidenced by his course and distance victory here just four days ago. Although he runs under a penalty today, that shouldn't be a problem with punters convinced that he can do the business again.

Compton Rainbow is an interesting runner in the 15:50 1m handicap. The filly seemed to be going nowhere until surprisingly landing back-to-back wins at Kempton in January. She's drifting like a barge though, having moved from an early 2.021/1 out to 3.1511/5. There are a couple of runners in the field, including the well-supported Roedean, who have proven their effectiveness on Southwell's Fibresand, something which our lay of the day has yet to do. 

Flying Pickets ticks all the right boxes in the 16:50.  A course specialist, having won over course and distance no less than five occasions - tick; a decent looking second place last week shows he's in good form - tick; his price has dived from 7.26/1 in to 5.39/2 - tick. Flying Pickets looks ready to strike today.
