Punters are getting against Willie Mullins' Boston Bob
Today's movers come from Warwick, Leopardstown and Uttoxeter
We start at Warwick where there has been a bit of money for Majala in the 14:40, now available at 4.57/2 having been matched at 5.28n/a. This Tom George-trained French import has been a revelation this season, having won both his previous starts comfortably. He loves today's testing ground and today's favourite, Fago, beat Ohio Gold by less than Majala did when facing him. Fago didn't jump that well last time and the match between the two could well be closer than the betting suggests.
Over the Irish Sea now where there has been a huge drift on Boston Bob in the 14:45 Dr P J Moriarty Novice Chase at Leopardstown. It's rare to see such a negative move in a top race but perhaps it's easy to see why he's on the drift, going from 1.855/6 out to 2.486/4. He's looked painfully slow on his last two starts and really had to work hard to get off the mark on his chase debut. There was absolutely nothing wrong with his jumping but trainer Willie Mullins seemed rather disappointed suggesting he'd need a break - a worry as you hope he'd come on for the run. He has some tough rivals today and with the trip looking on the short side it could be a day to look elsewhere.
Finally we go to Uttoxeter for our next bet where Radmores Revenge has been backed from 15.44n/a in to 11.010/1 for John O'Shea in the 15:25. He has received a bit of help from the handicapper lately and is now able to drop down to class 4. He hasn't performed at that level since finishing first and second in consecutive starts 14 months ago. Jockey Ciaran Mckee takes off another 10lbs.
