Follow The Money: God a popular choice at Musselburgh

Two of today's bets run on the all-weather

Today's Follow The Money movers come from Lingfield, Musselburgh and Southwell.

We start with Musselburgh's 14:10 novice hurdle in which Gods Own, in to 2.1411/10 from 2.6613/8, has been popular. Tom George's five-year-old has run a couple of very good races over timber thus far, winning at Doncaster back in November before bumping in to Supreme Novices' antepost favourite My Tent Or Yours last time out at Huntingdon. Today's step up in trip will suit and there is room for improvement. He can return to winning form this afternoon.

Next we head to Lingfield and their 14:30 staying handicap where Boston Blue has moved from 12.53n/a in to 5.85/1. This 6yo has been out of form but has dropped in the handicap accordingly. Now some 15lbs lower than his last win on the turf at Brighton, he has stayed two miles on the level previously and an improved run could be forthcoming today.

Finally, in Southwell's 15:20, La Sylphe has been easy to back. Earlier available at 1.991/1, she is now out to 2.727/4. This 3yo is a dual course winner and should appreciate this drop to claiming company. However, she is out of form and not guaranteed to get her own way out in front today. Also both wins came over the minimum trip and, over today's six furlongs, punters feel she is one to be against in this assignment.
