Failed to land a gamble at Nottingham when beaten by Salacres Sparky and hardly looked the strongest of stayers, and it's another 900m-plus here. No question her middle pace his impressive, but it will need to be used to stretch these, and with so many non-stayers in the field, it is debatable anything will get its own way in what could be a muddling race.

Proper Cat (21:10)

Sparkled on UK debut last week, and improvement is more certain than not. However, this is a step up in class and it is debatable the local runner will enjoy the same uncontested lead with Lenson Ginger capable of coming away and back in his favoured red jacket. Will she be as effective if not blazing a trail?

Bubbly Swallow (21:25)

Takes her chance in a hot, competitive race and will be supported judged on a runaway Sittingbourne win. But she is perhaps best when allowed to dictate terms, but Pantone Ava can come away, as can Express Trend, and it's not certain she will lead this time, in which case should she be backed? Talented, but it's not a great makeup.
