Today's FTM horses all run at Lingfield
Today's movers all come from the meeting at Lingfield...
Starting the day at Lingfield we find our drifter in the 14.00, Syncopate is showing a late move out to 3.55n/a from 2.767/4. Pam Sly's runner is having his second start for her after two previous runs showing some ability for Luca Cumani. A slight improvement was shown on his last run with a step up to today's trip of 1m 2f, however, this run was only three days ago, and with potential improvers in the race, such as Handsome Molly, who is receiving strong market support, the drift suggests today won't be Syncopate's day.
Our first positive comes in the 14.30, where there has been strong support for Roy The Boy in to 3.1511/5 from 4.17n/a. Alan Bailey's charge has been running well of late, recording two seconds at two of the other all-weather tracks, Wolverhampton and Kempton, both over today's trip. Having been running consistently well since his first win back in August, today's money suggests Roy The Boy will be notching up a second success with top jockey Jamie Spencer booked.
The second positive can be found in the 15.00, Beat Route has received steady support in to 9.617/2 from a high of 13.5n/a in this 1m 4f Handicap. This five-year-old gelding has had three runs since winning over 1m 3f at Kempton in October, going close in one race but struggling in the other two, including the most recent over today's course and distance a week ago. However, they went a slow pace and the gap narrowed close to home meaning that his chance was scuppered. If granted a stronger pace this course and distance winner could be worth a punt today.
