Follow The Money: Master to overcome rivals at Cheltenham?

FTM have two bets at Cheltenham today

Today's Follow The Money movers can be found at Bangor and Cheltenham.

We start at Cheltenham, in their first race at 12.15, where Nicky Henderson's Broadbackbob has been backed from 2.568/5 into 2.021/1. The seven-year-old seemed to take well to fences first time up at Plumpton when winning by an eased three lengths, jumping well for most of the race. His form over hurdles last season is the best on offer today, his best run coming when beating Supreme Novice hurdle winner Cinders And Ashes at Ascot. With connections wasting no time in getting him over fences, it's clear to see they think he will make a better chaser. A clear round of jumping today should suffice before he hopefully goes on to better things.

We move to Bangor now for the negative move of the day and that comes in the shape of Overquest in the 13:00. Chris Grant's chaser has drifted from 2.47/5 out to 3.02/1. The ten-year-old made a winning debut for Chris Grant last time out after a long lay off and was very well backed that day. Today he steps up another half mile in trip but that should not be a problem. The negative could be that it's clear the horse runs its best races first time out, as proven in 2010 when winning and then losing when favourite a week later. It's clear from the drift this morning that many users are firm believers in the 'bounce' factor.

Back at Cheltenham for the 13:55 and in particular the move for Master Overseer this morning who has been backed from 19.5n/a into 13.5n/a. The David Pipe inmate was pulled up last time out on Betfair chase day at Haydock, that said he was sent of favourite that day so better was expected. It's worth bearing in mind though that he was also pulled up last season in the Welsh National before going to Uttoxter and winning the Midlands National. That run at Haydock could have him spot on for today and if Tom Scudamore can get him in to a prominent position and a jumping rhythm he could be hard to peg back.
