Braintree have an uphill task to claim the scalp of League One leaders Tranmere, two divisions higher than the Essex outfit, who are currently hovering just above the relegation places in the Conference Premier, in what is a first meeting rather than a replay after the first fell victim to the weather. The visitors have won their last two games on the road to nil and should easily have enough to comfortably negotiate their way past Braintree.

MK Dons v Cambridge City (Tuesday, 19:45) 
Seventh-tier side Cambridge City held MK Dons to a valiant 0-0 draw in the initial tie but are 1.152/13 to lose inside 90 minutes this time by a team buoyed by ending Sheffield United's League One unbeaten record at the weekend. 

Nuneaton v Luton (Tuesday, 19:45)  
Nuneaton have drawn five of their last six games inside 90 minutes including the 1-1 draw against Luton in the first meeting, and are 3.613/5 to go to extra time with the Hatters.

Rochdale v Morecambe (Tuesday, 19:45) 
Rochdale are unbeaten in their last five games, one of those the 1-1 draw at Morecambe two weekends ago, and are 2.1411/10 to beat the visitors inside 90 minutes. 

Slough v Mansfield (Tuesday, 19:45) 
Slough have won four of their last six games and are 3.9n/a to beat Conference Premier outfit Mansfield in normal time after earning this replay with a 0-0 draw.

Walsall v Lincoln (Tuesday, 19:45) 
Lincoln are unbeaten in seven - winning four - and following a 1-1 draw against League One Walsall are 7.613/2 to defeat the Saddlers, who have lost six out of their last ten matches and won none of those.

Gloucester v Leyton Orient (Wednesday, 19:45) 
Leyton Orient finally ended a run of four straight defeats with victory over Shrewsbury in League One on Saturday and are 1.635/8 to overpower non-league Gloucester in their rearranged first-round encounter. 

Altrincham v Burton (Thursday, 19:45, ESPN) 
The kings of all giantkillers, Altrincham of the Conference North, did fantastically well and led for the majority of their 3-3 draw at Burton's Pirelli Stadium, and followed that result with a 3-0 FA Trophy win at Worcester. Burtonare enjoying a really good season in League Two, highlighted by a recent win over Bradford, but will not be relishing this tricky trip to Altrincham.
