Follow The Money: Time to Strike at Wolverhampton

Two bets run on the all-weather today

Today's Follow the Money selections are from the meetings at Plumpton, Lingfield and Wolverhampton.

Our first selection is a market negative in the 13:40 at Plumpton where Pindar has drifted out to 5.59/2 from an earlier price of 3.45n/a. This will be his debut outing for new trainer Neil Mulholland and although an impressive winner at Hereford over Hurdles in September this is only his second appearance over fences. His chasing debut at Huntingdon two months ago was error free but he tailed off towards the end and he'd do well to do any better over today's difficult conditions.

The next selection is at Lingfield in the 16:00 where there has been a positive move for My Scat Daddy, who is the new market favourite at 4.03/1 (from 5.59/2). This four-year-old gelding does his best work on the all-weather, and looked to be approaching top-form when second at this course while overcoming interference at the start two weeks ago. Carrying bottom weight today he looks to have a great chance of a win if he sees out this longer trip.

Finally, at Wolverhampton, Precision Strike has been backed in to 4.216/5 from 5.24/1 in the 16:50 suggesting that this Richard Guest-trained 3yo will continue to improve and may land a win for jockey Robbie Fitzpatrick. Impressive over today's C&D a week ago, finishing well to claim third after a slow start. Carrying 1lb lower today he will have a great chance if he can replicate that effort.
